    Circuit Lower Body | Cardio + Weights

    Some of you have reached out to us with the appetite for something a bit more mixed use. So we listened and created this ass kicker. This circuit training routine for lower body has cardio + weights and may leave you with your heart beating out of your chest. Starting with a run to elevate your heart rate directly into a dumbbell routine that keeps the pace and doesn't let up until your legs are on fire!

    Upper Body Push Day | Chest, Triceps, Delts

    The push/pull training approach has stood the test of time for one main reason - it works. The training of muscles that work cohesively together in order to perform a very raw simple movement. Upper body push exercises is easy to track and adapt to your own workout routine! Starting with the major muscle group commonly refereed too as "chest" with exercises like decline push ups, dumbbell press and more.  Next we focus on shoulders and finish with some triceps, using exercises like lying dumbbell extension and standing pulley press downs. Check out the workout below for the details!

    Upper Body Pull Day | Back, Biceps, Delts

    This training style is about as old as your grandpa, but those guys were country building, war fighting, freedom protecting studs - so we took copious notes. The concept is simple. A mix of upper body pull day movements into one easy to track workout routine! Starting with the major muscle group commonly refereed too as "back" with exercises like pull ups, bent over rows and more.  Next we focus on rear delts and finish with some biceps, using exercises like rope hammer curls. Check out the workout below for the details!

    Trust me when I tell you that today's workout is just as much for the gentlemen as it is for the ladies 😉.  The traffic stopping booty builder routine will have you proud of the stance you earned leaving your back profile one to be talked about long after you've left!  Each exercise specifically targets the necessary muscles to build strong glutes and hamstrings. Leading with power movements like squats, & Romanian deadlifts and ending with "fire hydrant" side leg raises and kickbacks. Sculpting your lower half has never been easier!

    Today's workout is all about the guns! We set up easy to transition "superset stations" for a wicked arm pump with not a ton of time spent searching for open equipment.  Each movement is designed to be the inverse of one another. Leading with your triceps in each superset and ending with your biceps. We looked to design the program for extreme pump and muscular hypertrophey!
