Today's WOD: 

Superset Station Arm Pump

Today's workout is all about the guns! We set up easy to transition "superset stations" for a wicked arm pump with not a ton of time spent searching for open equipment.  Each movement is designed to be the inverse of one another. Leading with your triceps in each superset and ending with your biceps. We looked to design the program for extreme pump and muscular hypertrophey!
