At Uprise Nutrition we believe a strong dietary foundation is the first step to ANY health or fitness goal. Your main protein source should come from whole food sources and Uprise Nutrition’s 100% WHEY Premium Protein should represent just a small part of the daily total protein consumption.

We recommend the 90/10 rule, meaning only 10% of your daily protein should come from supplementation. The remaining 90% should be found in whole foods (meals and snacks). We recommend taking 1-2 Servings of our 100% WHEY Premium Protein 30 min before and directly after any training regimen, giving your body a large amount of protein to synthesis for increased recovery, repair, and muscular growth. We also see this in night time and morning applications.
