Uprise Nutrition offers an ONLINE COACHING is a subscription service providing the most dedicated and personalized training and meal preparation with exclusive access to our professional online coaches.This online service is for individuals looking for specific 1-on-1 guidance on their particular goals, body type, age, and experience. This subscription is completely custom tailored to you as an individual. This program will help you get results fast, safe, and effectively. It’s inclusive of the following items:
- Nutrition & meal plans based on customer objectives related to training goals, body composition (weight loss vs. muscle gain), or strength based achievements. Programs are issued every 4 weeks at a minimum, more often if changes are needed to accommodate digestive health, injury, inflammation, etc.
- Supplementation protocols based on customer goals, body function updates, and neurotransmitter test results. Protocols to be delivered at beginning and reassessed monthly.
- Weekly check-ins to provide Uprise Nutrition with current weight, optional progress photos (front/side/back relaxed and optionally, front/side/back flexed), general weekly feedback on sleep patterns, digestive health, etc.
- Personal contact with Uprise Nutrition Coach. Responses delivered no more than 24 hours after being received.
- Training programs based on customer goals and feedback. Delivered at beginning of each week.
Refund & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days of delivery of any product. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can offer limited to no refund options.
Uprise Nutrition Branded Products:
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt for proof of purchase, reason for return, and photo.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Uprise Nutrition Branded Products (drop-shipped products):
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for potentially a full refund. Why? Returns run count to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and after approval, we’ll give you your money back in full. Then if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, consumed products
Returned Items (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I don’t know about you, but I would DEMAND that anyone who has a say in what I do with my body would have more training than a weekend course at the “Y”. Worse yet, they have the absolute nerve to charge you in excess of $50 per session to gain their “expert knowledge”.
No. There’s nothing redeeming about that offer whatsoever.

In fact, I believe in my training knowledge so much that I typically offer a challenge to my in-person clients: Do 20 body weight squats (no bar, no plates, nothing but your body weight), and I’ll give you your training for free.
Ludicrous, right?? I mean, who can’t do body-weight squats for days? It’s basically just getting out of a chair!
Well let me tell you, of the 200+ clients in my history, not a single person has completed the challenge. Not a single person. I’m proud of that fact.
